Severe boredom sets in when everybody else is sleeping.

This is my kitchen view from my Dad's car while it was raining.
The sun was still reflecting in the window though.
I have no explanation as to why these pictures are here.

This is the where I went today, it's called: Bowes Museum.
It's known for a mechanised swan (below)

This is a swan that is controlled by three clockwork mechanisms, the swan head, which made from thousands of pieces of metal, moves around and eats a fish from the water of rotating glass rods, while playing one of it's eight original songs. The cycle takes 33.5 seconds.
It's pretty beautiful

Today I went to a lovely stately home with my parents, my Dad and I bought these. 

It was a very nice day.

I was fairly excited about carving my mini pumpkin, it didn't turn out too well though..

This is the mess I made of my pumpkin, he's called Jerry.
I put holes in the back to that when there's a candle inside and it's facing the window it looks sweet... Shame that the back is the best angle.
